I take the silver Sneakers classes and have found them to be so helpful and motivating. Teachers are great. Only problem is the registration process and that more people want to take some classes than there is space for.

I wish more of these Classes were offered. There is always a waiting list. Many people like myself have the cost paid for by their medical insurance.

That facility has a hard time keeping pool open for posted hours. Seems like Farmington is generally fully staffed so I can enjoy the facility during times it advertised as being open
