I attend the noon exercise classes for seniors. Jamie and Kayann are great teachers and I like the variety of the exercises done in the classes. Also, I find the other participants to be a really nice, supportive group of people.
The only downside is the registration procedure. I know you have tried several different ways to make it more user friendly but there always seems to be glitches that cause a lot of frustration.
The Farmington Y has a friendly atmosphere! Terrific classes! Very clean facility!
Friendly Staff Good equipment
I love the facility! It's clean and I am always welcomed in whenever I enter. The Aqua Burn class has helped me realize what physical goals I want to meet and I can't wait to achieve them throughout my membership.
