Meeting a lot of new people and socializing, while getting healthy and fit. I go to the Y five days a week to attend classes, swim, and go to Weight Watcher meetings.

good variety of classes, the only criticism I have is that management needs to keep the front desk informed of classes that are canceled and just general info.
The friends I have found that I was never expecting at this age. Nancy our water aerobics instructor does a great job at leading us. Jayme and Barb at the front desk always ready to welcome and help with a smile.
