The Y provides me with the means to help myself stay healthier. As we all know, aging out (getting old) , is not for sissys!. I use the pool for exercises which help my lower back and hip area condition ( prior surgery, stenosis, arthritis) . The work out area upstairs has a generous variety of equipment, including a room for floor use.
The staff is very helpful. Many options for group activities exist, including for us elderly folks.
hours are good . closed on certain holidays, I like that, family time is for everyone,
I like the cleanliness of the facilities and friendliness of staff. Albeit, the opening hours on Sunday are too short. Opening at 9 AM would be fine on Sunday.

I like almost everything about the Y, except that there was no deal made between The Silver Sneakers and the Y. The monthly cost is too high.
Staff are very helpful and friendly. Faculty is clean and safe. Good variety of activities offered.

It offers many programs for seniors. I love it because I feel its a safe place to walk and work out. Its comfortable and has clean. Y has very clean and undated bathrooms. I like that I can bring my own combination lock and don't need to worry about change for locker. So happy my insurance is picking up my fee.
The Silver Sneakers it's great to think that someone is more concerned about somebody's health than making money.

Very friendly environment and neat and clean area
How much Levi was always ready to head to day camp shows how much he enjoyed the camp. Not only did it keep him away from the electronics but it involved him in many different ways
I like the full gym and the therapeutic pool.
