What I enjoy about the YMCA Southgate are the instructors, the various activities offered and the people who assist us at the front desk. Everyone is so friendly, willing to help you in anyway they can. I am so grateful that I became a member. You feel as though you’re part of a big family.

You have all equipment , price is right worker are great , best part parents you have a play area for children can play and things for them to do , swim pool best part too price is right for larger family bathrooms are clean .
I love all the different classes! I’ve been at it for a week and am having so much fun it makes losing weight a bonus. Definitely recommend if you’re just sick of walking on the treadmill and the same monotonous feeling of going to the gym. They have so much to offer!

Getting together with other seniors to exercise. It encourages me to do what I would not otherwise do during winter months.
I have health problems and the silver sneakers program is so good for me. It is something I can do. I would like to see a silver sneakers class on Fridays. And I would love if you could work out some kind of deal with hap again. That would be such a big help for me. Thank all the staff for being so friendly and helpful.
Cycling class recently got 5 more bikes allowing more people to join class.
Great environment, clean , safe and secure for the kids! We have been going to the pool to enjoy some fun during this winter and the kids have enjoyed every minute of it! And us as parents feel comfortable knowing we are in a safe space where lifeguards are very active and aware!! 10/10

We love the Adult exercise class and everyone that works at the Southgate location is very nice and helpful.

The programs are well organized and have amazing staff and/or volunteers running them. My kids love all the activities they are in and look forward to it each week.
