I use the lap pool, previously you had to request your time for the pool. I found this method worked for me. I really disliked sharing a lane for swimming. But I will continue to use the pool, I have to be more aware of the times that I use the pool.
It has a wonderful gym.
Pool, classes, new weight room. Most people I talk to don’t end up joining because they are concerned about parking.
It is a friendly place. All kinds of people use this facility. I was a very old Silver Sneaker participant, but age and taking care of someone has made it very difficult for me to participate
. I especially love to see the children being taken care of. It is clean here and downtown.
