Excellent clean facility!! I love coming to the indoor track in the mornings on my days off. The pool and jet tub are amazing. The views of the city are great while working out. The staff are always friendly. Overall great facility!
I typically only use the pool but I'm always happy when I leave the Y!

Wonderful facility; great swimming pool; good classes for older people (like me); good machines to work out upon. I'd like towel rental to be available for swimming, so I wouldn't have to schlep a clean one from home--and then have to take a wet one back home afterwards.

The wonderful pool, great water aerobics sessions, excellent fitness trainers and equipment, and getting more and different types of fitness sessions, like tai-chi, on the schedule.

I really like the y staff. The manager is doing an excellent job. She is such a great lady with good energy. The Y has good workout equipment and facilities.
Silver sneakers is very rewarding as a senior. The location is also great. I have also enjoyed water aerobics and ti chi.
Pool and for a while Yoga are my primary work outs at the Y. Safe, clean with friendly staff and fellow members is what keeps me.
