The best thing about the Birmingham YMCA is the staff-specifically, my trainer, Flavia. Flavia is very knowledgeable about the structure of the body, how to build and maintain strength and flexibility, and she helps me feel confident about my fitness level.
All of the staff are friendly and welcoming when I arrive. I’m very happy with the Birmingham YMCA and hope to continue for a long time!

I loved the variety of workout options, especially basketball! Taylor gave a detailed property tour and Corey was very accommodating. They seem to have a great team at the Y.
The location is excellent. The classes offered are challenging and the teachers are knowledgeable. I’m impressed with the number of people who show up each and every day!
I love the Y. The staff is so friendly and the teachers are the best. I highly recommend the Bham facility. I also love the Detroit Y. I go with my granddaughters. We are so lucky to have these facilities in our community.
