Ease of use. I can get inside, change cloths, do my work-out, change back into street cloths and be out in about an hour.
I can work out every day and shower, then socialize with other members.

I am in the Tuesday and Thursday morning Chair Yoga and Silver Sneakers classes. The teachers if both classes are great. I love the exercises we do. I enjoy meeting fellow class members and talking with them.
I have loved group exercises both in water & in the gym. Silver Sneakers has been the most helpful w/ Linda!
