Friendly greeting upon entering, checkin was breezy and on time. Services were also exactly on time. Tiffany was friendly and welcoming. She did a great job with my body scrub, skin felt amazing so did my shampooing and scalp massage. Highly recommend!

Very good scrub. A little bit of a language challenge so I wasn’t always sure how I should move, turn. But she was very kind and did a good job, I felt renewed.
Aimee was wonderful. The only feedback I have was that the room was so cold. I felt like the AC was blowing right on me. Normally I don’t mind hah, but when you’re not wearing much it’s a bit chilly. Otherwise it was an incredible experience from the receptionist to the actual massage. I left feeling refreshed

The reception staff is very responsive to requests for services. Massage team is exceptional. The foot massage area and private rooms so well coordinated and designed.
There is almost nothing better than having my feet massaged. But, the masseuse’s at Kume do the most amazing head rub that relaxes my soul before they even reach my soles. Quiet, sounds of the sea faintly taking me to a place where I float and release all the tension in my body. So, yes, a 10 for an experience I have been enjoying since they opened their doors. I just wish they would open an outlet in my neighborhood in SF. Love this place!

Staff are friendly and professional. Ken is amazing and focused on all areas that needed some extra attention. I walked out with significantly less knots than when I came in. I should probably schedule regularly.
Actually, what I “didn’t” like was that it was 10 minutes short of a 90 minute massage and I was offered no discounts or credits. Kevin is a great masseuse. I really liked him. I think the woman at the front desk should have offered me a discount or a couple of free gummies…Something….
I love the friendly and calming experience that I have every time I come and Charlie knows how to find and address the tight areas of my body and I leave feeling sooo much better.

My only concern last time was Charlie smelled a little like smoke at the beginning. It wore off, but I think he’d just had a smoke break. I noticed when he was rubbing my back when I was in the chair, so I think it was his hands.

I just broke both my feet and this place is disabilities accessible and accommodated my needs very well. They give you a great body map allowing the client to circle focusing points and cross out places in the body to avoid. We propped up my feet and I was able to get a massage.
