I enjoyed the Cabin choice activity
My daughter enjoyed the banana boating the best, but enjoyed all the activities she participated at the camp.

This was my children’s 1st experience with an overnight summer camp and it was a huge success. Everything from the clap in welcome to the outdoor activities and the closing ceremonies was fantastic. Both my kids had an absolute blast!!

I've been sending my two oldest kids to YMCA camp for years now.
This year was the first for my younger two to attend.
Four campers away for the week, and all of them came back with smiles on their face, excited for next year!
I wish...my campers didn't feel so left out because I did not pay extra for specialty camp. It is expensive to send four kids to camp, and as much as I would love to say yes to specialty camp, it is a bit more than I can commit to.
My older two did not like that they had to choose only two activities for the week. They were disappointed they could not participate in all the fun options YMCA camp used to offer them.
Still, we will likely return all four of them to camp next year. It is an experience my husband and I are glad we can provide for them.
I love the equestrian program. My son came back excited to go back next year as an advanced rider. He learned important terms and I could tell he really gained from his first experience. See y’all next year!
I enjoyed arts and crafts because the music and the diverse conversations.
I love that my daughters are off of their phones and engaged in outdoor activities and are exposed to cultures from all over the word via the international group of counselors.
Each summer they make new friends and love each counselor they have had.
My son loved camp, and we loved it for him. I love the messages they teach at camp like kindness, respect, cleaning up after yourself, and I love that the kids got to hang with other kids throughout the camp. I think it's great to mix the groups.
I also appreciated the director coaching and encouraging the kids how to talk to the parents about their time at Camp Cullen, because my son listened, and he told me ALL the things. He told us about all the things he did, what he enjoyed, and said he wants to go back for two weeks next year.
I was worried about him getting homesick, and he said he did, but he said he tried to focus on having fun. I think it's great the counselors teach the kids to overcome their fears. It's such an important lesson.

It was a great camp experience for my son! It was his first time ever doing anything like this and he loved it! He said he always felt safe the entire time he was there and he enjoyed all the memories he made. My son said everyone was so caring and respectful towards each other and he loved that. They stayed active throughout the day and had tons of fun activities for them to do. I will definitely be returning.
My boys loved tubing the most. They were happy with their camp counselors.
I would like to make a recommendation of adding turkey bacon to your breakfast items.
My kids loved it. They would not stop talking about all the fun they had and they didn’t want to leave. I love that pictures were posted so us parents can see their love ones having fun.
Air conditioning! Lake activities! Grouping cabin mates by close ages. Wore out my 12 year old, she slept almost all day for 2 days after. She had so much fun!
There are a lot of activities and the kids can find what they suit then the most

Camp Cullen is very well run and very professional. the whole process is very smooth and reassuring. My daughter enjoyed the activities such as swimming, canoeing, dragon races, zipline, and theater.

Well organized; facilities are very clean and well maintained.
My child attended in 2022 and 2023. She preferred the activity selection process in 2022 over the process this year. She liked have the flexibility to choose different activities everyday instead of staying with the same activity every day.
My child liked all the activities, just wished she could have explore more in 2023;
