Customer service, price, consistency and no bugs -- well, in the past, whenever I did have a bug, Northwest solved the problem. The service associates are always open to having that conversation if I'm having a problem and want to know where it seems to be happening.
Also, customer service is better than it was there for awhile.

Eli is our tech, and he always calls before he is due to arrive so we can get the dogs in/out. He is very through in getting the cob webs off the house. He makes sure to avoid our dogs area, so they won't get sick after a treatment.
