Our tech, David is awesome- always courteous and professional. I especially appreciate that he calls or texts when he is on his way over, despite the 2 hour window. The customer service reps are also very good.
Your company is VERY pricey and we have often considered switching to save some money. The only reason we haven't switched so far, is we see there's not much attrition/employee turnover and we try to support employers who treat their employees well.
However, if you're going to ask a customer to take time out of their day to complete your survey and leave a comment, you should have two different questions- a rating for the company overall and a rating for the specific tech. That way I didn't have to re-do this review.
How about a 5% discount for customers who have been loyal to your company for over 10 years?
