The technicians that have serviced my house at Wood Valley is excellent. If I here him and ask a question, he is always the best to provide a response. The people in customer service are also excellent when there is a need for me to call.
With respect to the product being used. Wood Valley is coming along nicely. When it gets hot, the weeds are a problem and the spray used is like fertilizer ... it did not eliminate the problem. The house at 4281 Brookwood Dr... there is a spot on the front yard that constantly has a weed in 25% of the lawn. It looks dead most of the time; however, the grass is not turning green or spreading in that area on both sides of the driveway.
Overall, I have been very pleased.
