Responsiveness
I have been doing business with these folks for nearly 30 years. Never had the first problem, and am happy with everything they do.
The lawn showed improvement after one Northwest visit. Tech was very knowledgeable, honest and took the time to explain exactly what he was putting on the lawn.
We like Northwest because they are competent, dependable, friendly, and local. They communicate when they are coming. The knowledgeable technicians check in with us and tell us what they are going to do and ask if we've had any problems since the last visit. We use them for lawn care, pest control, and wildlife management.
Prompt response & in sending techs out of I call needing service.
Nobody wants to wait days for someone to help them with a rodent or roach problem!
W have found your associates genuinely engaged and interested in working with us to resolve pest and yard treatment questions and problems.
