The exterminations work. Other than the occasional spider that gets through there are no signs of any rodent infestation. The guy that does our service is very friendly and understanding.
I am new to the process, however, I appreciate being kept informed of their arrival and or schedule changes. Additionally, our representative is easy to talk with and is eager to answer questions and asks if I have any concerns I would like addressed. Overall, very happy with the service.
