Kevin was in constant communication and did a great job providing service. He let me know when he was on his way, which helped me plan my dad. Upon arrival, Kevin asked if I was having any issues inside. I told him I did and showed him a bug I had collected. He explained it was an earwig bug, non-poisonous and sometimes enter when conditions outside are hot and dry, which it is. It helped put my mind at ease. Kevin finished by spraying outside and taking down a few spider webs and I feel good about not having pests for a while.
