I have been a Northwest Exterminating customer for 30 years. All of the Customer Service Agents and Field Service Technicians have been personable and professional, and as a result my townhouse condominium has been termite and pest free.
This was the case with Tymel Coleman who came out to my residence on January 29th to trench the interior and exterior perimeter of my crawlspace and treat with the Termidor chemical solution. Tymel gave me a courtesy call to both phone numbers to give me an approximate arrival time of arrival. Upon arrival, he briefly explained what he was going to do, and from there he went about his business. Tymel's appearance was clean cut, and he was very knowledgeable in the process and completed the job in a satisfactory amount of time for a two person task that he performed by himself. He placed my crawlspace plastic liner back as close to the interior cinder block wall as possible, which was very nice of him to do. Northwest Exterminating keeps up the high standards in hiring and retaining excellent employees, and for that reason I always recommend them on the Nextdoor App. Keep up the great work!
