For the most part, the technician are there when headquarters says they will be there. And when there is a problem, NW responds rather quickly. Robin is one of the nicest and informed tech we had had with NW. He takes time to ask what issues we are having and are we having a current issue with a reoccurring problem and then works on a solution. Explains what he is doing and makes sure we understand. Great person.

Devon is our technician and he is always very friendly, helpful and professional. I know that if we have any issues it will be dealt with very quickly and efficiently.
I was able to talk with Josh and tell him about my concerns. He was very friendly and seemed to take care of everything.
However, I didn’t ask him about calling for retreatment if I have issues after the service. I did forget to tell him about the ants that keep coming into my mailbox.
I guess I will call and ask about that.
All that said, I was satisfied with my service.
