The technician had great customer service and was personable. He explained the treatment to me very well and that if issues continued, they would come right back out. The Green treatment appears to have worked almost instantly - there are still a few bugs around the house after two weeks, but they’ve gone down maybe 90%!

I appreciate the option to use more ecologically-friendly solutions. I like that receiving service from Northwest Exterminating requires little attention or effort on my part - they have great communication to let me know when they’re coming, and I don’t need to be present unless I’v requested inside treatment. I have had very little issues with bugs, and the birds, butterflies, and other wildlife don’t seem to have a problem with any of the treatments. Their prices are competitive, and the billing process is easy.
