Mike Wells has been taking care of us since shortly after we bought our house 6 years ago this past December. His communication is amazing! I travel for work and he always lets me know when he is heading out our way and asks if there are any issues I need addressed. A couple of times I have had an ant issue that he swings by to resolve when I am in town and he is in the area. He noticed my termite stations got cut up by a lawnmower and he scheduled it to get fixed. I was out of town at the time, and he just handles it for me. It is comforting to know that there still is that level of service out there! When I am in town, we always carve out a few minutes to catch up. On top of being very good at what he does, he is a good man as well. Another employee I really enjoy dealing with is Nick Reaume. He did our termite bond inspection and got us hooked up with a crawl space encapsulation. He does our inspections every year and I look forward to his visit. Another great communicator and he gets it done. I only really deal with Mike and Nick, but that too is a feather in your cap. It is seamless and works for my schedule. I have used other companies in the past, but never again. Why would I ever leave this level of customer service? Hands down, choosing Northwest is the best decision I have ever made regarding pest control and household services.

They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly in all aspects of their business. Setting up a convenient time for on site visit is easy to fit in your schedule. They do a thorough job and always ask if you are having any pest problems. You are told to let them know if something changes. I'm one who doesn't like any pests in my older home. I have to say with Carolina Pest, I don't have any problems. They get 5 stars from me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
