My service provider, Asa, always contacts me before he arrives. Upon arrival he checks with me to see if there are any particular issues I have noticed that need to be addressed. I also appreciate that he cleans any cobwebs, etc in places I can’t reach while spraying around the outside of the house. Before leaving he always lets me know if he has found any issue he might need to treat more than usual. Communication is so appreciated

The tech does a great job and I am bug free. If I happen to have a problem with ants, wasps or anything like that, he comes and sprays to remove them and their colony or nest.

Since our home was built, Northwest has provided stellar pest control services. They communicate well, show up when scheduled, adjust for weather issues, and do an all around great job. We have been pest free since they began our service. Their attention to detail is high, and they even wipe the spider webs down around the house and on my security cameras each time they visit.
