I have found Northwest service to be very good. While I still have some exterior pest issues, Northwest will work with me correct any issues. The reason the rate was not 10 is scheduling. Scheduling can be difficult at times. For my last visit, I received a text message. One of the options was to reschedule the treatment. I selected that option, however, the treatment was still made on the date of the appointment. As a result, not all services or issues could be addressed. Hopefully, my next appointment will go as needed.
