My technician is really thorough. I think Northwest is more expensive than some of its competitors, but I do believe that what I'm paying is for service and I appreciate the level that I receive. Curt is prompt and kind and goes the extra mile. When I lived in another part of town Rabbit was my NW person. He was also excellent.
They are responsive when I need service in between the regularly scheduled service.

Just started with Sawyers a few months ago. Great friendly service in the office and our technician is very knowledgeable and always helpful. Extremely pleased!
You always remember our annual renewal inspection. However, 90% of the time the inspector is not on time in coming to our residence. Two times that I can remember we've lived in this house the inspector NEVER showed up (and didn't bother to call either). Most of the time I have to call to follow up if someone is still coming to inspect.
Always here when they are supposed to be.
You employee the right people. Always professional and considerate of my time. It shows because you have very little turnover. Mark is the best. Keep up the good work.
