When I had a service tech come out to spray for wasps, spiders, bugs..etc, he didn’t wipe down cobwebs, check places for wasps that were on my deck and I had to ask him to go to several places outside. After I gave my feedback on him, I was not happy. BUT, North West sent another guy out here and he was great!! He found 2 wasps nests, in my birdhouses and got rid of them..took a duster type stick and cleaned cobwebs off my house and sprayed where he should have!
I’m glad North West took care of a situation previously done by another tech! Thank you!

The personal service....Michael does a great job but he also goes above his normal duties. I had an appointment on July 1st for our quarterly pest control service. At the last minute, I got delayed at a doctors appt with my Dad (who has Alzheimers). Micheal called me to tell me he was on his way, I missed his call but called him back to tell him I couldn't be there. He called me a few minutes later to tell he was there and thought my front door and been left open and offered his help if needed. It was hard for me to talk to him on the phone because I was still with my Dad. I thanked him but I wanted you to know how great of a guy he is. I hope you will thank him again for me. Being a caregiver for a parent is hard and it was so comforting to know that Michael was willing to help.
