Devin has been a pillar of my community providing extermination services since my home was built in 2022. He is always respectful, explains things in a way that is clear, and is genuinely concerned about ensuring the property is covered for pest control. I love that the prices, though they went up from when I first signed on, remain affordable, especially in this economy.
I wish they did wildlife investigations. When I thought I heard something in my attic, they said that they do not do wildlife, not even investigating. I found another company that did check my attic and almost signed on with them, pending my reemployment. However, I remain with Sawyer. Devin is the main reason for my loyalty. If he leaves, I will know no one else at the company and thus have no true reason to remain loyal outside of consistent service, which is of course due primarily to me paying for it.
I love stability and seeing that Devin is still a part of the company, from a time when I was new to NC and just bought a home and did not know who to trust for what (pest control, lawn care, etc.) it is nice to see that he remains with the company. By his good energy and vibes, I feel he remains at the company because they remain a good career endeavor to stay and so with that said, I will stay.
The green treatment is safe for our dog. Kurt is great about letting us know when he's coming. No complaints at all.

Our technician (Kylen) is very conscientious & thorough and we are very pleased with his service! Kylen is also very accommodating and pleasure to talk to.
I like that we have the same professional come out every three months to take care of the bugs and webs and spray, etc. They know our property and our concerns. They called to let me know they’re coming so I can make sure our dog is inside, feels very personal.
That is not toxic for our birds and small animals. The employee is always so helpful and nice.

I like our technician-he always calls before he arrives, listens to any concerns I have and acts upon them. It ls also nice to receive a text prior to the date the technician comes.
I’ve used Sawyer Exterminating for years. They’re always respectful, arrive when scheduled, and if there’s ever an issue, they come out promptly to address it (this has only happened once).
My most recent experience was a yellow jacket nest extermination. Chris was awesome! He sprayed the nest, then reached in and pulled out a male, the queen, and then a female. I received an insect biology lesson on how the colony works, which ones can sting, who’s in charge, etc. It was quite interesting! He definitely knows his stuff!
