I always ask if Robert can treat my home, and when he does I am never disappointed! He is always very thorough, getting cobwebs, cleaning my outdoor light fixtures that have spiders and/or bugs inside! He is also one of the nicest person I have ever known! He makes sure to wipe down screens on my doors and sprays all areas that spiders and bugs love to call their home!! Thank you, Robert for all you do!

Ethan is very professional and knowledgeable about the products and how they work. Customer service representatives are friendly and always ready to assist in scheduling service calls.
The lady who answered the phone and made the appointment for RE Termite Inspection was friendly, answered questions and did set up the appointment promptly.
Andrew was very pleasant and I believe he did a good inspection.
I am accustomed to receiving a diagram of which areas were tested, however, and there did not seem to be one in the email I received after inspection. Perhaps, that is not the usual at your company, but that is why I did not give the highest rating.

Dakota was awesome! He answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable on the types of bugs we had on our home, polite, did a through inspection of our home to see where bugs could be entering. He communicated with me throughout the morning letting me know exactly when he would be arriving. Very pleased with the whole experience and look forward to working with Dakota in the future.10/10
