Overall, however I have been very disappointed in the constant price increases by Northwest senior management. If I could separate the rating feedback I would give the senior management of Northwest a big ZERO for continuing increases since 2022. Because of them I have considered changing pest and termite services.

Great customer service
De Andre is our new guy and he is fabulous! He’s kind, friendly but not overly chatty. Just the right amount. He clearly cares about his work, has great knowledge and answers all my questions. And I haven’t seen a bug since the first day when I called Northwest. There were 2 big brown bugs when we moved in. One came out of the bath drain and freaked me out. But zero since De Andre came. I highly recommend him.
