Entering the YMCA, Your staff always welcomes you and ask how you are doing! The equipment is always available and the gym assistance is there to answer questions and help if needed! I can do my workout routine and get out in a timely manner. I always recommend the Royal Oak YMCA to anybody that is looking for a GREAT GYM!! All 10ssssss

The quality of instruction in the group yoga, barre, spinning, and tone classes is superior. Even beyond that which is available in expensive clubs in Birmingham. The Y has great trainers who can really make a difference in your physical condition.
I love the equipment and that it’s mostly not too busy. It’s also very close to my apartment.

I love the Active Oldet Adults class. The instructors are attentive to our needs; they take time to give individuals any extra help or instructions as necessary. Marietta and Vernice have created a healthy, caring, friendly environment.
