I like the size of the facility. I was a member of Lifetime fitness and the size was too big and parking lot too. I can park close, and get to the pool quickly. The new bathrooms and sauna are lovely. I just joined and its freezing out. I mostly come and use the warm pool and sauna.
Instructor Linda Scott. Her class (AOA) is a complete workout from head to toe. The aerobic intensity her instruction generates is exactly what I’m looking for. The facility is easily accessible although the room for the above class is very limited.

Great facility, staff and hours of operation
There are many exercise machines to choose from that work various parts of the body. And I love the Dry Sauna that has been working every time I use it!

The people at the front desk are welcoming and helpful. My swim coach, Nancy, is caring and helps me to be the best i can be! She has a great sense of humor! She encourages the community we have built within the class. I would HIGHLY recommend. I went from using a walker to rarely using a cane!
Very accommodating
My recent YMCA visit was for swimming laps. I loved that more than half of the lap lanes were available, and not being used for lessons.
I like the classes offered for active older adults, especially our instructor Jaime, and our new instructor Genesis

The staff is friendly. The only place with indoor walking track.
It's close by but I miss a real water aerobics teacher for deep water to do some good exercises.

I love the pool, and the friendly staff. Wayne always has a pot of coffee on, and the Y feels like one big family.
