The Y is a great place to belong. It's great to workout in the Wellness Center and I've attended classes and always feel really good after a good workout. The Y is more than just a fitness center. I also enjoy volunteering for events and helping out with the fundraisers. I also got to know alot of people at the Y and I still meet new people all the time whenever I'm there.

It would be great to have more of the group exercise classes earlier in the morning, 8am, 8:30am, 9am. Also, it would be great to have a belly dancing exercise class and a ballet balance class. Thank You for a great experience ALWAYS! EVERYONE is great!

A lot has changed since 2020 but I see the y trying to get back. I highly recommend it.
I am elderly and find the 9 am group sessions to be just what I need to stay active. The gym instructors are thorough and friendly enough to make the sessions enjoyable.
