I like the senior fitness classes.
The Downriver YMCA is always welcoming and very well maintained. The range of activities is excellent. I primarily use the pool which is pristine and the lifeguards are exemplary!

I love this place. Awesome staff, friendly and actually interested in creating the best experience for everyone. Best yoga instructors I had in 8 years. Powerhouse in South Lyon should check Milford YMCA, to see how to operate a great gym. Its sad at Powerhouse, floor is falling apart in the yoga room, hole and large gaps are getting worse.
Yoga teachers at the YMCA are great. & I was told they will be getting more instructors soon.
