The gym is easy to navigate, equipment looks out to a beautifully wooded area and staff is very friendly and helpful.

You have a small warm water therapy cool that is ideal for my rehab rehabilitation. I like using the new step in the gym, the exercise table along with the of the other types of equipment. Also swimming pool checked by staff 30 minutes to an hour. I haven’t seen that any other health club. Lastly, the staff is is friendly and kind and very helpful.
