What could we do to improve?

I dont like to feel that My hair has not been washed deep. Is important to washed it and removed all the tint. She was nice and kindly with me, but at home I realize how much tint I have in my face and in the roots closed to me face, ears and back...

Angela was very friendly and did an amazing job on my haircut. I absolutely live it. Also Trinity cut my moms hair and she looks great. Great job to both girls. We will be back.

The atmosphere, the beautiful and amazing warm and welcoming people, the products and most of all Amber for always taking good care of me and my hair! How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I got my hair cut here a couple months ago....walked out with my hair multiple lengths when I wanted just a straight cut in the back. Called the owner and had to go back in a week later (couldn’t get me in sooner to repair it) and when I went back was blamed for having “different texture” of hair and the comment of “it’s not THAT bad”. They fixed it at no cost. Yesterday, I took my daughter back to the same place with a different stylist. She has perfectly straight smooth hair....the front is now inches shorter than the back. I have now interacted with 3 stylists here and all of them have been a disappointment. We will not be back.
