I love being greeted when I walk in the door. The atmosphere is always pleasant even when it’s busy. The salon is clean and tidy. I LOVE Emily she is kind and has such a sweet demeanor.

What did you like most about your salon experience?

Great hairdresser! Good listener and follows through with what I’m looking for in my haircut. Always seems to know just the right technique to get the job done. I walk out every time without looking like I got a haircut but healthier hair; which I think is a perfect haircut!

My stylist is great! She works with me to try lots of different things - cuts, colors, lengths... She looks at my pictures, listens to my thoughts, and most importantly, she knows my hair.

Kensey was great! I love my new look. She was very friendly and didn’t let me leave until she was sure I was satisfied. I will highly recommend her to any of my friends. I also hope to have her continuous be my stylist.

What could we do to improve?

More time in between appointments. I feel rushed when the next person is already waiting and I’m not even done yet. Then it’s as if you’re pushed out the door pay in your hairstylist has already moved onto the next customer.It doesn’t feel like a salon when you’re hustled in and hustled out.
