I’ve been going to Rize and Cassie for years. Always a great experience; the conversation, knowing how to cut my curls so it looks good natural or straight. Cassie is great with giving advice when I’m ready to do something fun and I’ve got no idea what to do.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was a little disappointed that I went in with beautiful long hair almost to my lower back and left with a short chopped cut when I asked for 3 inches off the bottom.. My stylist didn't listen

Amanda gave me the best hair cut I have ever gotten. Told her about the funny way my hair grows. She took the time to figure it out before just cutting. Definitely if I’m passing thru again and need a haircut I’ll stop again.

I enjoy the whole experience from the beverages offered from when I walked in to the hand massages, and the great haircuts, color and perm I have received there.

Great appointment reminders.
Empathetic staff.
Staff work very well together. I get my hair done between 2 salonists and they both work to make the customer pleased. If I can't get in with my primary, I have been scheduled with an equally skilled stylist I feel that they both give professional service.

What could we do to improve?

Explain the process a bit better as to what is happening and what comes included with what a person is paying for. It can get confusing when in the middle of bleach setting the stylist says they have a haircut and a person who may not know how it works is waiting for an hour to continue getting their hair done

I love how welcoming this salon is and how punctual the hairdressers are! I know it can be hard to stay on-time with hair appointments, so I’m glad my experiences haven’t had much of a wait time!
