How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

It was a little pricey this last visit. I was told I needed an Intensive Intensive Conditioner, I guess I didn't know how much it was. I think it is important to let clients know how much the products are. The prices aren't clearly marked. Also I completed the survey after my last visit, and I was told I would get a discount. I didn't get that.

Haircut quality is consistently good to great. I have been to four different stylists there and they all did a great job for only a little more than I was paying for much lower quality work at the Greaet Clips or Floyd's places.

What could we do to improve?

I’m not very happy with the cut I received on Dec. 11th. It’s choppy and nothing like the cut I received 8 weeks ago. I will come back and give another chance but if it’s like this I won’t be back again.

Angela is the best! I love the way she cuts my hair, the massage is awesome, and she always goes the extra step to make sure I leave happy.

I like everything about Rize Salon. A pleasant greeting, the offer of a beverage and hanging up my coat. Cassie is always on time and does a great job styling my hair.
