I was so amazed with how many other co-workers were willing to help out Amanda when she returned after surgery, If it wasn't for her I honestly don't know if I would go to this salon considering a while back I paid extra for one of the other stylists and she destroyed my hair! I only gave it another chance considering I had 2 friends that got their hair done by Amanda and recommended her to me! SHE IS AMAZING!
Really though her co-workers really work as a team, constantly making sure she was doing ok and seeing if there was anything they could do to help her out! Great Team work Rize!

What did you like most about your salon experience?

My stylist Lori is wonderful from beginning to end. She is always in a great mood and she remembers everything. The receptionist is always friendly and prompt in greeting me. I always get compliments on my hair after I get it done. Thank you Lori, you work miracles. Love it.

I absolutely love coming in for my haircut with Emily. She is amazing at what she does and I trust her completely. I have been coming to the salon for well over 6 years.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

It was just an okay salon experience. It felt like I was rushed in and out. I usually feel refreshed after a trip to the salon, but I was in and out in 25 minutes -including difficulties processing my gift card, which added 5 minutes at the end. I feel I could have had the same experience at Cost Cutters and saved some money, while only sacrificing the fresh Aveda scent. Instead of feeling refreshed, I felt like I was just checking off another item on my list of errands. I made another appointment, so I’ll give Rize another chance

Cassie, my stylist, is just awesome! She is always so welcoming and listens to what I want and gives me great advice on what would look good. The rest of the staff is amazing and the environment of the salon is comfortable.

I have been going to Rize since before it was Rize. Emily has been my go to for years and she is amazing. I have recommended my family, friends, and coworkers and they never disappoint. My mom lives out of state and waits to visit Colorado to get her hair done at Rize.
