What did you like most about your salon experience?

It’s nice having a stylist who knows how to color my hair without turning it too warm or too cool. My only complaint is the cost for the service as well as how full their schedules are.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I think it was overkill with the Corona virus regulations I have been to other salons and they don't make me sanitize,was hands,Temps and sanitize again along with no purses allowed and masks at all times

What did you like most about your salon experience?

I as impressed by many things at this salon. One being the welcoming atmosphere and the bubbly workers. I was also impressed by the procedures to keep their costumers and employees safe. My stylist, Desiree, was very kind and catered to my needs. Overall it was a great experience.

What did you like most about your salon experience?

Amber has been absolutely amazing to my family! She cuts my husband’s hair and handles my 2 year old very well doing cuts too! As my stylist, she listens to exactly what I want and tells me her honest opinion of how it’ll look! Every time I leave Rize Salon, I feel and look my best!

I remember having to go to "cheap" places to get my haircut and I'd always worry about how my hair looks or if it's even. I never have to worry about how my hair is going to look after Keisha cuts it. It's great every time! She does an awesome job!

I love Lori and the Rize salon staff! They're always so friendly and professional. They really know what they're doing! My last visit, I overheard on one the stylists say "it is my duty to maintain the integrity of your hair," and I feel this is true every time I go in for a service, which has been since they first opened their doors.

I’ve been going to Rize for 5 years now and I have never had a bad experience. Very nice staff everyone is so friendly and welcoming! All the stylists are very experienced and know what they are doing!
