Everyone was very friendly and listened to exactly what I wanted done
It is always an honor to have Angela do my hair! She does such an amazing job and it’s like she reads my mind and I always walk out of Rize feeling like I git just what I wanted.
Cassie was warm, friendly, and listened to what I wanted. She’s the best!
I have been to other Aveda Salons and have received a head massage. I thought that I had even read it on your website. I am disappointed that it didn't happen.
Also, I noticed, while Keisha was cutting my hair, that she was bothered by something on her finger. She didn't say anything to me. When I got home, I found dried blood in my ear, just a speck. Today, my ear is very sore & has a cut in it. I wish she had taken the time to find out what had happened.

I think Rize is doing an incredible job with how they are implementing their COVID protocols to keep everyone safe. I am thankful for what they are doing so that we can choose to get our hair done if it works for us at this time.
