Friendly, courteous and always smiling! I was impressed by the precautions you have taken to not only serve your clients during this pandemic but to make it seem like you have been doing it for years. It was a seamless transition from each step of my service there.
I always have to give Desiree props! She is amazing! She knows exactly what I want each time and I always leave happy. She is professional and knowledgeable.

What could we do to improve?

Sometimes it is hard to get a timely appointment. Sometimes you have to wait like in a dr’s office. But all the staff is very polite, works hard, and very friendly.

Absolutely love Rize Salon and we had an opportunity to meet Keisha today who did an excellent job on our teenage sons haircut! He loved it. She was polite, quick and did exactly what he had asked for a haircut. Thank you for your excellent service. Although the mask thing, yes we all are done with it and it has gotten extreme so sad for small businesses if they don't abide could lose their license - this part I know is not your fault but it is overboard!

Kenzie was super friendly, knowledgeable, and did an AMAZING job on my color! She was honest and upfront as far as what was realistic and with her talent (and probably a bit of luck) my hair came out perfect!! All the staff was friendly, the salon was clean, and I highly recommend Rize!

That my hairstylist was still awesome even though i was 8 minutes late, due to having to go back home to get my face mask. Super cool that I got a trim and tone in less than half an hour.
