So accommodating. Kiesha was able to move my appointment due to a scheduling conflict. She stayed late on a Friday. That’s what I call great service !!!!!!!

I like how services are scheduled. If one stylist is not that, I can get another that is at the same or better level. This salon has maintained all of the required precautions, and that makes me feel comfortable.

What could we do to improve?

I always enjoy when I visit. I will call to follow up about my last appt. The service is always great, just not as happy about my haircut as I wanted. Never realize it until I get home... after a few days.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

After numerous changes of Stylist finally assigned to some stability. Unfortunately our communication styles are not jiving and I haven't gotten the cut I am looking for. In addition some degoratory statements were made about the Christian lifestyle that were incredibly offensive. After a year I feel like I gave the salon enough time. Not coming back.

Rize is back to full service but still being Covid careful. I saw some customers sitting in their cars while their color processed. They are still sanitizing everything. Looking forward to my next visit!
