Lori is always so professional and always does an amazing job on my hair! I would highly recommend Lori at Rize Salon! Lori and the front desk staff do a great job with sanitizing and making you feel safe during covid -19.
My stylist was fun. Felt like end if the week office and I have missed that kind of slap happy. I did miss the shoulder and scalp massage but I'm assuming that's gone away with covid. They allllll adhered to covid rules extremely well. I didn't sit until I could sit in booth chair cause I didn't want them to have to sanitize. I just got a little trim and shape this time but I'm looking forward to changing up my style and getting a color in January.

Grateful to the salon for diligently navigating the Covid landscape and creating a safe environment for guests. My appointment had to be moved a couple of times due to new restrictions and the salon communicates well, as does my stylist Cassie. So thankful I was able to be able even get in and get a fresh new do. You are appreciate and Cassie rocks!
My hairdresser Amber called me to notify me that there was going to be changes on the hours because of having to socially distant in the beauty shop. And we were able to reset the schedule for my hair appointment. Also the fact that we went a little bit shorter on my haircut just in case. This grandma does not want to be wearing a ponytail!

Even during COVID, the salon has made the experience simple and convenient. I always leave the salon feeling more beautiful than when I walked in. The salon is always clean and everyone is so friendly. My stylist Angela always give me the perfect haircut.

I like the email notifications of cancellations and their upfront clarity about how they are operating during the pandemic. They continue to offer top notch customer service while keeping the health and safety of their employees at the forefront.
It is sad to know we are so close to another COVID19 shutdown but hopefully we can avoid that. Rize Salon is certainly doing its part to keep staff and clients safe. Cassie does an excellent job cutting my hair just the way I want it. I love having a standing appointment on my calendar. Thank you Rize Salon!

Ive always loved coming to this salon as everyone is usually very professional and friendly. Although I can say that the gal guarding the door growls once she finds out that your allergic to hand sanitizer. Other than that I really do love this salon.
