Kudos to your maintenance man…every time I visit I see him cleaning, moping etc. and the locker room is spotless and as in all the Y’s I’ve been to the is always pleasant and greeting. Again, kudos to Irene & Oscar for their help in familiarizing me to the Salem Y. You guys are all GREAT!

I met an old friend Sunday at the Salem YMCA that I have known since the fourth grade. I asked him JD if he ever goes to Marblehead Y and he said I have everything I need here at the Salem Y. I came for a steam and shower it was great. So reliable to have an asset like that that I don't take for granted. It's expensive to run a maintain and I am greatful to be a member.

I absolutely love that Salem YMCA childcare offers weekly Swim classes, daily outdoor playground or mind and body studio playtime depending on the weather, and also lots of arts and craft. Very friendly and polite staff that care a lot for all the kids. All the kids are treated with respect by staff members who apart from respectful are also funny and warm and lively.

I for the most part only use the gym with Beth PT. She is extraordinary in her kindness and knowledge. I have learned that Willow is a go to person, very friendly and a good resource.
I love the rowing and strength class and the Pickleball class was Jean was excellent. However, you need to add more rowers to the rowing class. It was closed out in under a minute this week and last week. It is truly a gamble, worse than trying to get my kid into summer camps or aftercare.

Recently my child came home and said he did his homework! I think that is a great use of time and enjoy the progress with this.
I love the Salem Y for how inclusive, safe, and family oriented the facilities are.
I like how the program has different topics each week the children learn about.
My daughter is very active and has made so many new friends. The teachers are very hands on and involved
Both of my, now adult, children and my grandchild have or are currently enrolled in or attended the Salem YMCA daycare program. From infant & preschool to after school & summer camp over the past 30 years the Y g has provided & is providing wonderful care to all three of them. I have never had reason to complain. Not sure what else I can say other than keep up the good work!
Staff is very professional and I am a swimmer and the pool is always clean.

All the teaching and administrative staff are so supportive and truly amazing. All three of my children are thriving and very happy with the school and after care programs.
I like the range of classes offered during the day and appreciate the low-stress, non-judgmental atmosphere at the Y. I also appreciate that most teachers offer alternative exercises for those who are coming back from injury or joint replacement.
The Salem Y exercise classes are key to my recovery from health issues. Taking classes boosts my morale as well as my muscles. I love that the Y does so much good in the community. So many of my good friends are people that I first met at the Y.

Other than paying for parking, salem Y has a ton to offer, especially for the price.
The y staff is friendly and receptive to any questions you may have. Nothing seems to be too much.
