A variety of programs and classes are offered for people of different skill levels and interests. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The equipment available is pretty much all one would need for various exercise and fitness programs. Membership cost is competitive but the Y is the best value for your buck,

Flexibility to visit seven different facilities. Multiple group classes. Support of the community, especially children.
Great athletic facility and reception from the time you enter the building as you are always greeted by a person at the entrance when you arrive and leave.
Plaistow is very clean and has all the equipment I need for my workouts.
