My son absolutely loved Camp Dory! It was a great place for him to be himself, get dirty, jump in a lake, and make new friends. He would come home everyday with stories about his day, including counselors getting slimed with hot dog ice cream and winning gaga ball tournaments. He never once complained about missing his iPad because for him, Camp Dory was so much better than a silly game he could play on a screen. Everyday he came home happy, tired, and dirty, and that's what summer should be for an 8 year old.
Great For families
Double swim during heat.
We love the friendly staff and how we feel like a part of a community when there. My kids are safe there, encouraged and nurtured. The water park was amazing this summer for the little kids in our family and the open gym and basketball programs were so much fun for my 13 year olds. The YMCA has something for everyone ! We are SO thankful

My daughter took part of your reading and literacy program and she had a great time. I'm very sad that she won't qualify for the program next year. She had a fun time at the YMCA program and was very sad to be done for the summer.

JJ comes home every day excited to show her crafts, and excited to tell about her friends and the fun games they played. She loves the counselors and the location. Camp Dory has been a godsend, and I really appreciate the wonderful job you have done there.
Casiah learned so much and built confidence she attended camp both, this and last summer. We loved it and I have highly recommended it to people already and will continue to do so.

The exercise equipment is great, the trainers are excellent, and all the staff are friendly and welcoming!
Great resource at a really good location. Wonderful staff: always friendly and helpful. Mostly use the pool, which is well staffed and the locker room is comfortable and clean. Take water exercise classes several times a week and enjoy them very much.
