I have recently joined the YMCA in Ipswich. Everyone has been welcoming, friendly and helpful. Classes are safe, fun and excellent workouts. It is a beautiful facility inside and out. The instructors are expert in their specialties.

My children loved the mini water slide and diving board, something other Y's do not have in their pools. I like the quietness and size of this Y. Some Y's are just too large and they pack in the cardio and weights, and it becomes to busy. I find the Ipswich Y as a perfect size for me and my family.

I've grown up to know the Cabot and Greater Beverly YMCA very well, but this Y location specifically is lovely. It's smaller, but still has all the amenities and machines you'd need. The front-desk staff is so lovely and makes me look forward to visiting regularly. They make it feel like a community!

Great place, friendly, lots of great classes, good gym, with weights etc. Child care, summer camps, outdoor very fun pool. Clean and lovely dressing rooms, showers. Friendly helpful staff. Everything you need in a gym.

Coach Blair and Jeffrey are awesome. They do such a great job with the children. They make Jason feel very welcome and also do a great job teaching different sports to him. Jason has even learned how to dribble because of Coach Blair. He’s always excited to come to class.

Ipsy is the central point for youth activities in Ipswich and offers great programs
The basketball program doing more skills and drills is great and seeing the improvement in the kids play is awesome
