My family has had a very good experience at the Ipswich YMCA
Very friendly staff and very clean facility. Lots of variety of equipment, classes and the Ipswich Y has a nice pool. The ladies locker room is thoroughly cleaned every day.
The Y offers many choices.

Lovely community
This Y is the most friendly, upbeat and fun place! Every time I come there is a welcoming smile and welcoming feeling. Love the Zumba pool class!
Very community oriented
I like the overall open layout of the gym. It also has a nice space and bathrooms for family especially when I bring my kids for swimming. I find that the place is always nicely cleaned. Staff is very friendly. Love that they have free childcare with membership which really helps.

I love our Ipswich Y. It’s clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The programming is vast. Great variety for all ages. I particularly love the pool!

We love going to the Y. It’s a wonderful community of people who come to work out and employees who make us feel welcome. Being greeted with a smile and another smile when we’re leaving always makes us feel welcome.
The facility offers a multitude of options for fitness - whether a fully equipped gym for cardio and strength training, basketball/pickle ball courts, or indoor heated lap pool. Additionally, the employees are always friendly and professional.
It offers a lot of different ways to work out. The employees are very friendly and helpful.
I would like to add that the sound system in studio B is awful. The instructors almost always struggle to get their mikes and the music working, and when it is working there is a loud buzzing through the speakers. This had been going on for a long time and has been even worse lately.
Also the lighting in studio B doesn't work right, but the sound system is a much worse problem.

I love the YMCA Early Learning Center. It is reliable, quality child care. There are tons of enrichment opportunities for children: swimming, gym time, sports, neighborhood walks, etc.
The director is responsive and on top of everything. The staff are great!
