NOt too happy Tristan never got lessons in proper breathing moving head from side to side I first was told in 3 different classes it would be covered IN last class they said they had a program to follow and it may or may not happen . Matt told me that It seems like this was quite an oversite !!!Not happy someone someway couldn't give hima little time here in this needed area. Could nt they personalize the lesson to cobver what the person needs!!?? Name removed

The staff is very welcoming and seem to recognize every regular member and acknowledge them. Plenty of up to date equipment and activities.

Fun place to be, surrounded by like-minded people who prioritize their health and well-being. Watching others work out is its own form of encouragement, to press on and do my best at every step of my own workout. Feels like the rewards are tangible, I feel great!
Great overall experience signing up for memberships. Front desk personnel are always warm and inviting. Enjoy the pool, workout facilities, and steam room!
Good instructors in Fit for Life group exercise classes. Judy and Kerri provide encouragement, keep things mixed up and interesting, and offer exercises that make my life better.
