For myself i need a steam room treadmill & all that goes with it Gloucester steam room was not working but Ipswich Y looks like a very good 2nd option

Swim program has been great so far, we did some baby/parent a couple years ago and now do preschool and it's been going very well.
One of the lifeguards in particular (Andrew I think) has been great with all the kids when we see him interacting with them!

Great classes and you can’t beat the pool in the summer.
The swim instructors are so caring and they really know how to get kids into swimming.
The staff is friendly knowledgeable and I like the classes. I have met 2 new friends at the gym.
The Y has been an important part of our family life for the past 19 years, starting with swimming classes for our toddler and right up to fit for life classes for my 84 year old parents. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the facility is clean, and there are classes, resources, and support for all ages and abilities.
Have recommended the Y to several relatives, but no takers yet. I enjoy the family focus, seeing the preschoolers, the older kids during school breaks, plus the seniors. A sense of community.

The Y is full of friendly members and knowledgeable staff. Many different classes offered for all ages and levels of fitness
I am so happy my daughter is at the Amesbury YMCA Child Care Center. She is always happy to go to the child care center to see her teachers Ms. Emma and Ms. Megan and friends in the toddler room! Her teachers are amazing and make her feel so welcome and she loves all the activities and she has grown so much over the year!!! Thank you very much for taking such great care of my little girl!!!
