Very glad that Nick suggested that I start out with her class. Now, can we have her do more classes? or video a class that she does? It is a bit cut throat to get into the class and people get upset when their friends don't make the "cut".

I just realized the 42$ per month is justified considering that you get pool access, unlike Planet Fitness. And the extra cost compared to a Planet Fitness membership goes to pool maintenance and lifeguard training.

The Ipswich Y is so nice, clean, the Staff are friendly. I enjoy the Pool.

The Ipswich Y is convenient and has everything I need to maintain my health. The staff is great, facility is clean and equipment is well maintained. Other than tight workout spaces and waiting for machines on busy nights everything is great.

I’ve been going once/ week for 2yrs.with a trainer, Tiffany. I am so much healthier now than when I started. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I have also done some “fit for life” classes with Kerry. Quite a workout.
All the Y's I frequent are great. It is a great value for the membership price
I enjoy coming to the Y because everyone is so welcoming. I do have one suggestion though. I think it would be helpful if you had someone going around in the weight room to show members how to use the new machines. I’ve talked to members who feel the same way.
I love the services and staff, especially at Ipswich. I had a long period of inactivity and joining the Ipswich Y has been the key to me having movement in my life again.
However, I find the financial structure for a "family" to be unfair though, which is what keeps me from being a raving fan. I have a family membership with only one child. My friend has a family membership with 3 children. We pay the same amount for "2-adult family" level. This would be ok IF I'm allowed to bring additional children (friends of my kid) with me to bring my membership to "even" to hers. But that is not allowed. So the family price per person is significantly higher for a family of 3 than a family of 5. My recommendation is either there should be a price per child to equal our membership fees or this level of "up to X children" should be the model. Happy to expand on this comment if anyone wants to chat about it. - Name removed

Great space with lots of options and friendly people.
Went to the first day opening for the splash pad/pool. Even though we could not stay long for the water was so cold the Lifeguards and staff waa so friendly and caring to our needs. Hopefully it get warmer so I can enjoy the pool with my 4 year daughter. Just love the Y abd everything it stands for. Thank you
